Our mission is to provide each child a safe, fun, loving and secure learning environment where children can be free to experience God in their own way, while providing biblical principles so that children can know the Word of God. Kingdom Kids is available during the 11am Sunday Morning Celebration as well as Tuesday Night Teaching (TNT).

At Youth for Christ, we teach children, ages 7 to 11, the Word of God through dynamic and age-appropriate teaching. Youth for Christ also teaches children how function in the Body of Christ through outreach and fellowship opportunities.

Ignite provides a youthful and alternative worship opportunity for the teens of GCI and the community. Our teen-run program, from the praise and worship to the audio/visual support, works under the supervision of our adult volunteer staff. Ignite meets on Wednesday nights at 7pm.

The purpose of Joshua's T.R.O.O.P. College and Young Adult Ministry is to train, equip, and empower college students and young adults in the Word, so they may go forth in the ministry God has for their lives. We hold D.I.G. bible studies and special programs to educate young adults in personal and professional development, purity, and purpose. Joshua’s TROOP sponsors the Soul Survivor Scholarship for undergrad and graduate students at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Parkland College.
